imcuci Terms and Conditions of Use

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", or "you") and imcuci ("Company", "Platform", "we", or "imcuci"). This Agreement governs your use of the imcuci website, including all content, products, services and features available on it.

Continued use of this platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions means you accept those changes. imcuci reserves the right to update this document at any time. It is your responsibility to review this document regularly.

In the event of any conflict between a translation of this document in another language and the Malay version, the Malay version shall take precedence.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the imcuci platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above only. Any attempt to register by an individual below that age is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

2.2 Registration Information

Users are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. This includes full name as per identity card (MyKad or passport), an active mobile number, a valid email address, and accurate payment details.

imcuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified time may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at imcuci. This includes a prohibition on using different names, mobile numbers, emails, devices or IP addresses to register more than one account. Multiple accounts detected will be closed without notice, and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

03 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. imcuci will never ask for your password at any time through any communication channel. Please use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and ensure it is not shared with anyone.

3.2 Suspicious Account Activity

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the imcuci support team immediately via live chat or email. imcuci is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that was not reported within a reasonable time.

3.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to limit or stop their gambling activity may contact imcuci customer support to request self-exclusion or a deposit limit. imcuci supports responsible gambling and will process such requests promptly. For more information, please refer to our Responsible Gambling page.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

imcuci accepts payments via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks), and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Approved withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted.

4.3 Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error causing a transaction to be processed incorrectly, imcuci reserves the right to cancel or adjust that transaction without prior notice. All transaction records kept by the imcuci system are considered final unless there is clear technical evidence to the contrary.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

imcuci offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM200, giving a total balance of RM300 to play with. The wagering requirement is 15 times the total bonus received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn — for example, a bonus of RM200 requires RM3,000 in wagers.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by imcuci are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. imcuci reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and balances.

5.3 VIP Programme and Cashback

imcuci members are eligible for a five-tier VIP programme that provides weekly cashback: Bronze tier up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0%. Tier upgrades are determined by a member's playing activity and are decided at imcuci's discretion.

06 Game Rules

All games available at imcuci — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and other games — are subject to their respective rules as set by the game providers and imcuci. Game results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of assumption alone.

imcuci operates using software from licensed providers that use random number generators (RNG) verified by independent bodies to ensure fair play. However, imcuci does not guarantee any wins or specific returns in any game.

Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session, imcuci will use stored server records to determine the correct game outcome. imcuci is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet service disruptions or the user's own device issues.

07 Prohibited Conduct

imcuci users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to play or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live games.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the imcuci platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the imcuci system — users are required to report such vulnerabilities to us immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to a third party.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual geographic location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Abusing promotions through the creation of multiple accounts or other methods that go against the intended purpose of a promotional offer.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the imcuci website — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software and source code — is the property of imcuci or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or use any part of that content without prior written permission from imcuci.

The trade name "imcuci" and associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

09 Limitation of Liability

imcuci makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the smooth operation, continuous availability or accuracy of the services offered. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, imcuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.

Users acknowledge that gambling carries real financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. imcuci is not responsible for any financial losses incurred while using this platform.

10 Amendments and Termination

10.1 Right to Amend

imcuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Account Termination

imcuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons imcuci deems reasonable, including breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting imcuci customer support. Any eligible balance in that account will be returned to the user in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to KYC compliance.
